What you'll do

• Maintain at least 92% enrollment across 10 sites
• oversee eligibility determinations and enrollment records
• monitor capacity, vacancies, and waitlists
• ensure compliance with funding requirements and deadlines
• prepare audit documentation
• coordinate family outreach, tours, recruitment events, and marketing campaigns
• supervise and train coordinators
• maintain enrollment systems and data accuracy.
