What you'll do

• Coordinate rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher Program
• manage leasing steps, inspections, eligibility, and compliance
• coordinate housing assistance contracts and subsidy payments
• conduct annual and interim reviews and certifications
• collect and verify documents, enter data, and calculate rent adjustments
• maintain client records
• process terminations and violations
• respond to clients, landlords, and partners
• prepare reports
• provide housing-resource information.
