Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead role is onsite in Casa Grande, AZ, at the Agave House location. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour as stated in the posting. The role reports to the Property Manager and supports property maintenance and resident relations. The Maintenance Lead coordinates staff and maintenance systems while performing and overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers. The work helps keep the property, equipment, and shared amenities in good condition and operating correctly.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and equipment
• respond to Yardi maintenance requests
• assist with unit turns
• schedule work and on-call schedules
• oversee service requests and preventive maintenance
• maintain the community’s physical appearance, pools, and spas
• manage maintenance inventory and safety records
• enforce safety standards
• coordinate contractors and maintenance contracts.
