What you'll do

• Own commercial integration plans for acquired clinics
• build 30/60/90-day plans and track milestones
• coordinate workstreams across sales, marketing, payer relations, partnerships, revenue cycle, finance, and legal
• support pre-close commercial diligence and identify risks
• align sales structures, marketing and brand operations, payer relationships, and strategic partnerships
• coordinate staffing, process, and tool standardization
• establish performance baselines and tracking dashboards
• report integration status and lessons learned.
