What you'll do

• Design mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using CAD
• research, develop, and test equipment and systems
• perform engineering calculations
• apply national standards to product design and testing
• prepare engineering test reports
• apply quality standards and follow safety and security procedures.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 1–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and education. SolidWorks is preferred; GD&T and tolerance analysis are expected working knowledge, while simulation and FAA certification experience are desirable.
