What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders and supporting documents, verify approvals and coding, prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor files, and respond to vendor inquiries. Process customer payments, deposits, and adjustments
• monitor receivables and past-due accounts
• reconcile customer accounts
• maintain records
• assist with collections and month-end reconciliations. Maintain financial documentation, assist with audits and month-end/year-end processes, follow company accounting procedures, and protect confidential information.
