What you'll do

• Market and lease apartments and maintain a prospective-resident waitlist
• provide resident service
• collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using Yardi
• advertise available units
• screen prospective residents
• oversee vacant-unit preparation and renovations
• enter property activity into Yardi Voyager
• communicate status and strategies to the Regional Manager
• maintain unit files
• bid and negotiate service contracts
• procure supplies and manage maintenance staff and vendors
• perform ordinary repairs and oversee cleaning
• manage expenditures to budget
• respond to resident requests and complaints
• enforce property rules.
