What you'll do

• Lead and mentor field crew members
• assign tasks and enforce safety protocols
• inspect, maintain, clean, repair, and rebuild cooling towers
• replace components and perform motor and gearbox work
• diagnose mechanical and structural issues
• maintain service records
• assess prospective customer sites and document findings for estimates.
