What you'll do

• Provide on-demand phone support
• record work and ticket time
• resolve telecommunications issues
• coordinate with internet carriers and bulk TV providers
• travel in person for community acquisitions and dispositions as needed
• follow SLAs and confirm user satisfaction
• document resolutions and system changes
• support accounts, mobile devices, phone systems, voice services, internet circuits, and networking
• assist with equipment ordering and telecommunications projects.
