What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting needs, strategies, and timelines. Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, scheduling, offers, and onboarding. Conduct reference and background checks
• build a pipeline of passive candidates, especially Field Technicians. Support employer branding, hiring events, job fairs, job announcements, hiring goals, and new-hire follow-up within 90 days. Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, comply with employment laws, and develop and manage the Technician Apprenticeship Program. Travel to branches up to 20%.
