What you'll do

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs
• monitor property conditions and promptly report or correct unsafe conditions
• complete work orders within 24 hours as directed and report emergency work orders promptly
• handle 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities
• perform grounds pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping, including mulch and sprinkler-head replacement when possible.
