What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• guide guests through registration and issue unit keys
• provide information about the resort and local attractions
• process cash and credit card transactions
• balance receipts and complete cashiering duties
• complete checkout procedures and verify guest folios
• reserve and confirm reservations
• provide room-rate quotes
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
