What you'll do

• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitor health status, and communicate changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure medication and treatment orders are current and documented, train unlicensed personnel on individual health needs, maintain health and medication records, and participate in an on-call rotation.
