Clinical Pharmacist

What you'll do

• Review medication orders for appropriateness and patient-specific concerns
• compound, label, package, and dispense pharmaceuticals
• advise patients, families, and healthcare providers
• educate and train staff
• ensure accuracy and sterility of compounded IV products
• maintain controlled-substance counts and inventory
• support inpatient pharmacy care and clinical monitoring.
