Mission Intelligence Analyst

Job overview

The Mission Intelligence Analyst role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with a Monday–Friday shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; pay is $30 per hour. The analyst supports Knightscope’s security operations and its integrated autonomous machines, software, and security professionals. The analyst verifies and responds to security alerts, investigates incidents, and helps maintain continuous monitoring coverage and timely responses for clients.

What you'll do

• Monitor security alerts and machines
• investigate and prepare reports on incidents during the shift
• prepare daily security activity reports
• help maintain response times and clearance rates
• collaborate with the team to keep the fleet active
• identify problems and support improvements to the Mission Intelligence department.
