Residential Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Support medication administration, personal hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
• teach and mentor individuals in life skills, including financial and behavior management
• help facilitate employment opportunities, relationships, and recreational activities
• model appropriate social skills and behaviors
• encourage independence and support individuals in pursuing their goals.
