What you'll do

• Serve as primary relationship contact and account owner for assigned clients
• communicate with clients and resolve inquiries
• coordinate responses to client audits and questionnaires by deadlines
• participate in monthly calls, remote audits, and on-site visits
• track deadlines
• evaluate client satisfaction and identify upcoming needs.
