What you'll do

• Document procurement, inventory-management, and disposal procedures for computer hardware and peripherals.
• Process hardware and software purchase requests, create purchase orders, approve vendor invoices, document and tag incoming equipment, complete inventory transfers and the annual Class 400 Inventory Report, maintain departmental budget records, and coordinate with City officials and vendors.
• Keep process documentation current and support administrative operations.
