What you'll do

• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• analyze equipment performance and root causes
• conduct or oversee failure analyses
• coordinate reliability initiatives and maintenance plans
• support equipment installation and startup
• develop reliability metrics
• support mechanical integrity and asset management
• maintain records and compliance
• mentor technicians and support shutdowns and critical maintenance projects.
