Production Technician — Second Shift

The Production Technician role is onsite in Bedford, MA, on a Monday–Friday second shift from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Compensation is $21 per hour. Lexington Medical develops and manufactures minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions intended to improve surgical outcomes. The technician assembles small mechanical components and performs in-process quality checks so products meet specifications and applicable safety and regulatory standards. Accurate documentation, issue reporting, and a clean, organized workspace support reliable production.

What you'll do

• Follow assembly instructions and standardized procedures
• assemble components and perform in-process quality checks
• comply with company policies and FDA/ISO standards
• complete documentation and basic administrative tasks
• report quality, material, equipment, or process issues
• support and train team members as needed
