Network Control Technician III

What you'll do

• Lead network monitoring and control in a Network Operations Center
• analyze and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues
• coordinate incident response and escalation
• monitor enterprise network status across distributed environments
• support network changes, maintenance windows, and procedures
• follow DoD cybersecurity policies, STIGs, and operational standards
• guide and mentor junior technicians.
