What you'll do

• Lead financial input into the Hotel Strategic Plan, budget, and other strategic planning.
• Maximize hotel cash flow.
• Establish controls for revenues, expenses, and asset protection.
• Deliver timely financial information, analysis, interpretations, and projections.
• Support team-member professional development by identifying training needs.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ensure secure storage and access to financial records.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and prior experience as a hotel property finance leader. Hotel financial reporting systems, management agreements, and Uniform System of Accounts knowledge are required; Auberge and HOA finance experience are preferred.
