What you'll do

• Provide access to culturally appropriate resources and short-term support
• provide case management and maintain client files
• assist with existing assistance programs
• maintain service records and submit monthly reports
• coordinate training and information sessions with Health, Education, and Child Care staff
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• coordinate and implement community outreach activities.
