What you'll do

• Answer user questions and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices
• resolve low-to-moderate issues and escalate more complex issues
• support call overflow during peak times or reduced staffing
• manage tickets in ServiceNow
• maintain SOPs and service catalog
• perform system-administrator duties including server administration, security patching, and enterprise system support
• maintain government asset inventory. Requires six years of service-desk experience, bachelor's degree, active secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, IAT-II baseline certification, and active CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
