What you'll do

• Measure and prepare ingredients
• prepare meat, seafood, poultry, and vegetables as instructed
• combine salad ingredients
• arrange prepared food for service
• store ingredients properly and monitor food temperatures
• maintain salad bars and buffet lines
• stock utensils and condiments
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and dishes
• handle transactions and payments
• provide register totals to the Director of Food Services
• stock serving stations and storage areas
• attend designated training sessions.
