What you'll do

• Manage full California workers' compensation defense caseload
• appear before the WCAB for hearings and trials
• take and defend depositions
• draft legal documents including Petitions and Motions
• develop litigation strategy
• negotiate settlements
• provide status reports to clients
• ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
