What you'll do

• Rent storage units and parking spaces and sell store merchandise
• convert inquiries into rentals
• operate within budget guidelines
• schedule and inspect contractor work
• manage rental collections, delinquency, auctions, and evictions
• direct on-site personnel
• track income and renewals
• develop local business relationships
• conduct property walks and perform light maintenance.
