What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• complete make-ready and turnover work
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs across four or more trades
• follow safety procedures and document work orders and timesheets
• train entry- and general-level technicians
• maintain community appearance
• participate in resident events as assigned
• be available for mandatory after-hours emergency repairs and scheduled on-call rotations.
