What you'll do

• Manage daily service department operations and repair-order progress
• coordinate work based on technician skills, shop capacity, and workload
• lead, coach, and hold the service team accountable
• communicate with customers, technicians, parts, and ownership
• discuss repairs and recommendations with customers and address escalated concerns
• review estimates, repair orders, and parts needs
• monitor productivity and sales
• improve customer satisfaction, processes, efficiency, and workflow.
