What you'll do

• Supervise a regional team and implement membership strategy, annual plans, and goals in assigned geographic areas
• develop, customize, and measure community engagement approaches
• lead and coach team members
• coordinate projects and budgets
• support volunteer development and recognition
• cultivate community partnerships and volunteer involvement
• analyze data and survey results to adapt plans and share findings
• travel throughout Chicago and other council areas, including listed locations in Illinois and Indiana.
