What you'll do

• Manage customer inventory, including audits, scrub counts, and linen reconciliations
• conduct clean-return audits as needed
• complete quarterly customer contacts and audits
• maintain accurate inventory at customer locations
• conduct customer goodwill visits
• communicate customer interactions to the district or general manager
• identify account improvement opportunities involving products and services.
