Pay is $18–$22 per hour. High Point Bookkeeping helps growing businesses gain financial clarity, improve cash flow, strengthen operations, and scale intentionally. The role combines client communication and bookkeeping support to keep client service and routine financial operations moving. It manages follow-ups, check-in calls, document collection, accounts payable and receivable, onboarding and offboarding support, and incoming calls while providing backup coverage and assisting with team needs.

What you'll do

• Manage frequent client communication and follow-up
• conduct scheduled client check-in calls
• coordinate client document collection
• monitor Slack and the support inbox
• provide general bookkeeping support
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• assist with client onboarding and offboarding
• answer and route incoming phone calls
• send client codes and requested information
• assist with projects and day-to-day team needs
• provide backup coverage during vacations and absences.
