Project Manager – Roofing and Construction

The Project Manager – Roofing and Construction role is onsite in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Plan and oversee roofing and construction projects
• manage schedules, manpower, materials, costs, and budgets
• coordinate field operations and procurement
• communicate with crews, clients, vendors, inspectors, and general contractors
• conduct site visits and quality inspections
• maintain project logs, reports, and documentation
• lead meetings and post-project evaluations
• enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• supervise and coach team members
• coordinate maintenance repairs
• use Raken, Procore, and Microsoft Project or similar tools
• support small jobs and hands-on tasks as needed
• and travel to multiple project sites as required.

Why this role
