The Electrical Maintenance Technician 3 role is onsite in Caroline County, VA, with compensation of $40 per hour. The position supports M.C. Dean’s Modular Mission Critical manufacturing campus, which produces modular products for data centers and critical infrastructure. The technician performs advanced equipment and facility maintenance, diagnoses electrical and mechanical issues, and helps keep production equipment and buildings functioning. This work supports the campus’s manufacturing operations and its customers’ critical infrastructure needs.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair mechanical and electrical issues on machines
• replace machine components
• repair hand tools and machinery
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• troubleshoot air compressors
• install vacuum lines, ductwork, and auxiliary systems
• operate mobile equipment including a 60-foot articulating lift. Supervise and schedule contractors
• repair plumbing and electrical systems, lighting, doors, gates, gutters, and ceiling tiles.
