The cook prepares and plates flatbread and meze orders, maintains food quality and safe storage, and coordinates with the hot line and kebab grill so dishes are ready together. The position also supports clean, organized kitchen operations and inventory rotation.

What you'll do

• Operate dough rollers
• prepare flatbread bases and fillings and monitor baking
• portion and plate flatbread and meze
• prepare produce and herbs and rotate stock using FIFO
• coordinate ticket timing with the hot line and kebab grill
• stock workstations
• monitor equipment temperatures
• sanitize work areas and equipment
• label prepared stock and report quality, inventory, or maintenance concerns.
