Account Support Representative

By coordinating with customers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal account teams, the role supports sales, profit, and corporate growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage promise dates and shipment tracking
• expedite open orders and confirm shipping logistics
• enter vendor purchase orders
• respond to customer and order-status inquiries
• provide transaction documentation
• coordinate freight claims with the warehouse
• review invoicing and exception reports for margin loss
• manage customer open-order reports
• assist managers and Key Account Specialists with administrative tasks.
