What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise resident care on the assigned shift

• ensure appropriate staffing, supplies, equipment, and a safe environment
• communicate with other professionals and departments
• contribute to quality assurance
• serve as a role model and student-nurse preceptor
• and respond to resident and family concerns. Weekend and holiday work rotates, with other-shift coverage as needed.
