What you'll do

• Assistant Managers support safe and efficient store operations, schedule and coordinate mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders and service workflow, help ensure timely vehicle completion, enforce policies and safety standards, and support customer experience.
• Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and service needs, recommend undercar repairs and maintenance, coordinate technician workflow, monitor repair work, communicate recommendations, support sales initiatives, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
