Session-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Part-Time Contract

The Session-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Washington, DC, and surrounding areas, with some hybrid or remote documentation and parent training possible depending on client needs and payer requirements. Compensation is $95–$125 per hour or billable session. Cole Academy ABA Therapy is a family-owned, clinician-led organization focused on individualized, ethical, patient-first services. The BCBA provides clinical oversight and family support for assigned clients, helping maintain individualized treatment and high-quality applied behavior analysis services. The role collaborates with registered behavior technicians, families, and clinical leadership to support client care across home, community, school, or daycare settings as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for assigned clients
• conduct caregiver and parent training
• review and update treatment plans and programming as clinically appropriate
• analyze data and make treatment recommendations
• collaborate with RBTs, families, and clinical leadership
• complete required documentation
• support ethical ABA services in home, community, school/daycare, or hybrid settings as needed.
