Senior Superintendent, Residential Remodeling

What you'll do

• Schedule and oversee building department inspections
• supervise employees, subcontractors, and other superintendents
• estimate material quantities and coordinate pricing
• communicate with clients and relay information to the Production Manager
• maintain project schedules and jobsite files
• oversee jobsite safety, cleanliness, security, and protection
• communicate plan changes
• attend quarterly training meetings
• perform Lead Carpenter responsibilities and carpentry work as needed.
