Pump Assembly and Test Technician

What you'll do

• Seal pumps using cover plates and gaskets
• pressurize pumps and submerge them in water to identify leaks
• connect pumps to test systems with piping
• operate tests at five operating points and record data in Excel
• remove, seal, pressurize with nitrogen, and wash pumps
• skid pumps
• spray-paint finished pumps with epoxy
• complete nameplate and final packaging tasks.
