What you'll do

• Provide case management and counseling to assigned residents
• facilitate supportive interventions and skills groups
• provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed
• facilitate psychiatric hospitalizations as needed
• participate in evaluations, care planning, and treatment meetings
• communicate with healthcare providers
• coordinate with outside providers
• train new employees and students
• maintain documentation
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
