What you'll do

• Answer and triage calls from patients, providers, and healthcare professionals

• route calls, including urgent or emergency calls
• take messages and ensure follow-up
• verify and update patient information
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• assist with faxing, scanning, and data entry.
