What you'll do

• Manage customer orders from quote through production, shipment, and delivery
• prepare quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• coordinate artwork approvals and production timelines
• communicate order status and resolve issues
• maintain customer and order records
• coordinate with vendors on pricing, schedules, inventory, artwork, and shipping
• and partner with the Business Development Manager on account growth and customer materials.
