Cell/Program Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support on-time, quality delivery
• develop and communicate program schedules
• interface with customers and internal teams throughout product lifecycle phases
• establish customer agreements and maintain their terms
• monitor performance metrics
• develop cost models
• resolve customer product issues
• secure capacity and manpower
• address supply-chain disruptions
• oversee engineering change orders and change management
• and lead continuous process improvement teams.
