What you'll do

• Champion Church Unlimited’s mission, vision, and values
• provide visible pastoral leadership during weekend services and special events
• lead LifeGroups and develop their leaders
• oversee Growth Track and guest assimilation
• lead volunteer onboarding, training, placement, and retention
• coach ministry leaders
• oversee community initiatives and partnerships
• maintain systems for spiritual growth and engagement
• track engagement and assimilation metrics
• collaborate with campus and ministry support teams
• teach in group settings
• and support campus pastoral care.
