Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and assign work to maintenance associates
• provide technical assistance
• participate in hiring and performance feedback
• participate in the on-call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
• lead property and system inspections
• review work orders and prioritize completion
• manage maintenance inventory and budgets
• coordinate subcontractors
• maintain records and preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect grounds and vacant units
• address unsafe conditions
• maintain tools, materials, and safety standards.
