What you'll do

• Own revenue-cycle performance and KPIs
• set strategy, policies, staffing, and goals
• oversee eligibility, authorizations, billing, claims, denials, appeals, payment posting, and reconciliation
• manage the third-party billing vendor
• partner with local agencies and train teams
• standardize workflows and controls
• develop dashboards
• build the revenue-cycle team
• coordinate with Finance and maintain regulatory compliance.
