What you'll do

• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team.
