Assistant Project Manager, Restoration and Construction

Working with leadership, crews, clients, and subcontractors, the Assistant Project Manager helps translate project scopes into schedules and coordinated work. The role monitors budgets, margins, safety, documentation, and change orders to help projects stay on track.

What you'll do

• Work with leadership to evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work
• solicit and review subcontractor proposals
• prepare project schedules
• support crews and fill in on tasks as needed, including physical labor
• maintain job paperwork, inventories, logs, and reports
• monitor budget, gross profit margin, and schedule risks
• manage change orders and subcontractor work orders
• support safety meetings
• arrange permits as needed
• maintain jobsite records and review billing for accuracy.
